- With the balance December will be repaid to the personal income tax paid more for overtime and night Domenicali (taxed in the ordinary way in 2010)
- CUD/2011 will be reported in the amounts paid in 2008 and 2009 to improve the productivity taxable with the tax replacement to be declared in the next mod. 730/Unico
Other types of overtime are not considered (it is the normal tax rules) the Company not being able to demonstrate to the Tax binding to the improvement of productivity. (This part will be 'deepened by trade unions)
